Shipping Policy – Healthy Haks
At Healthy Haks, we are committed to delivering your order safely, efficiently, and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand processing times, delivery expectations, and how we handle any issues that may arise.

Processing Time
Once you place your order, please allow 1 to 3 business days for us to process it. This does not include weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is received, and a second email when your order has been shipped. During promotional periods or times of high volume, processing may take slightly longer than usual, but we always aim to get your order out as quickly as possible.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and selected shipping method. We offer standard and expedited shipping options to ensure your items reach you in a timely manner. Delivery typically takes between three to seven business days depending on your location and chosen shipping method. Please note that these are estimated delivery windows and actual delivery times may vary.

Domestic Shipping
We currently ship to all fifty U.S. states, including P.O. boxes and military addresses such as APO and FPO. If your order is being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or any U.S. territories, please be aware that delivery times may be longer than usual due to location.

International Shipping
At this time, Healthy Haks does not offer international shipping. We are working on expanding our reach and hope to serve international customers in the near future. Stay connected with us for updates.

Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we will send you an email containing tracking information so you can monitor its progress. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the shipment confirmation. If you do not receive tracking details or need assistance accessing them, feel free to reach out to us at drkvs@healthyhaks.com.

Shipping Delays
We strive to deliver every package on time, but occasionally delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, shipping carrier disruptions, or high order volumes. We appreciate your patience and understanding during such instances. Once the package leaves our facility and is in the hands of the carrier, delivery timing is out of our control

Missing or Damaged Items
If you receive a package that appears to be damaged, or if your order is missing any items, please contact us within five days of receiving your package. Email us at drkvs@healthyhaks.com with your order number and a description or photo of the issue, and we will do everything we can to resolve the problem promptly and fairly.
